At Gaggia North America, we want you to be fully satisfied with your espresso journey; if you are not content with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via our online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Machine
Thoroughly clean and dry your espresso machine, ensuring all water tanks and boilers are drained to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original double-walled Gaggia box with all protective foam inserts, manuals, and portafilters included.
- 4.Ship and Track
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
